Whether you’re continuing a self-care practice that works or building new habits, our Registered Massage Therapists are here to help you move and feel your best all year long.

This year, all our Registered Massage Therapists are taking new clients! From Tyler to Meagan, Debbie to Estelle, Alwenn and Anna, we have a Registered Massage Therapist to suit your needs.

A Quick Reminder About Extended Benefits

Many extended health benefit plans reset in January, which means your coverage and deductible may have changed.

Before your next appointment, it’s a good idea to review your plan details so you know what portion of your treatments may be covered.

Every plan is a little different, so checking early helps avoid surprises and ensures you can make the most of your benefits throughout the year.

If you’re unsure what a deductible is — it’s the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your benefits start to cover treatments.

This is plan dependent, there’s no one size fits all for deductibles, so please do check yours, if you have any questions.

Once that amount is met, your insurance usually begins reimbursing a portion (or sometimes all) of your RMT visits.

At this time, we do not direct bill to ICBC.

Whether you’re ready to schedule your first massage of the year or want to plan ahead, booking with us is simple.

You can make an appointment online through Jane or by phone with Tracy or Lis, our friendly receptionists.

We have several Registered Massage Therapists, each offering different schedules and treatment styles to fit your needs.

Here are a few gentle ways to ease into the new year regardless of any new years resolutions we may or may not sling into our lives. If you can stick to new years resolutions? We applaud you (this receptionist sure can’t):

  • Start small: Add a stretching routine or short walk to your day before jumping into big fitness goals.

  • Listen to your body: Notice areas of tension or fatigue — massage therapy can help you reset and recover.

  • Stay consistent: Keep your self-care appointments booked, even during busy weeks. Small, steady steps lead to lasting habits.
